Return policy and reimbursement
Return Policy:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your InspirationBox, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, the InspirationBox must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at our contact page.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Reimbursement:
- If you received a damaged InspirationBox, please contact our customer service team at our contact page within 7 days of receiving the product to request a reimbursement.
- We will ask you to provide photographs of the damaged product in order to process the reimbursement.
- If the damage is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect printing, incorrect order), we will cover the cost of the return shipping as well as the full cost of the product.
- If the damage is not a result of our error (e.g. shipping damage), we will cover the cost of the product, but the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
